My friends and colleagues would love to sign. 100,000 signatures would help show the President's office that many in Massachusetts are watching their secret behavior and are appalled. You found a very gentle solution to their back-room shenanigans. If they want to use strong-arm tactics to force you to watch an offensive speaker, at least everyone in MA can broadcast how disgusting we find WPI's President for doing this. Tom power plant. The manager says they burn whichever fossil fuel is cheapest; there was a 14 ton pile of coal not being burned because natural gas was less expensive at the time. We need to make Clean Energy Cheap. That means implementing business models from people like playstation and xbox; they were able to start with a high price, eventually the commodity became equitable because ppl with the most money that purchased the good did so, eventually ppl with less were able to purchase the good later. We need to do the same thing with clean energy; it starts off high priced, and decreases in price as more individuals purchase the commodity of humane energy production.
